Abstract

У раду ћемо исказати и аргумантативно доказати пресудан допринос америчке теоријске мисли дициплинарном конституисању савремених међународних односа као политиколошке дисциплине. Посебно ћемо разматрати три важна правца теоријског истраживања међународних односа, историјског, систематског и нормативног. Нарочита пажња биће посвећена либералној и реалистичкој школи мишљења, и њеним најважнијим теоријским увидима о карактеру међународних односа, особито након Другог светског рата.
