Sažetak
Спаљивање отпада представља контроверзну тему, чак и у технолошки развијеним и високоиндустријализованим земљама. Услед комплексности ове проблематике, неопходно је приступити анализи са шире перспективе, која обухвата све релевантне аспекте процеса инсинерације. Овај рад разматра не само технолошке димензије него и институционалне услове који подржавају примену хијерархије у управљању отпадом, као и принципе близине и самодовољности. Посебна пажња посвећена је енергетском искоришћењу отпада применом различитих технологија инсинерације и коинсинерације, са фокусом на механизме који омогућавају контролу и смањење емисије штетних материја.
