Sažetak
Cilj istraživanja, koje se oslanja na pretpostavke Teorije planiranog ponašanja, bio je ispitati mogućnosti predviđanja preduzetničke namere studenata na osnovu njenih motivacionih antecedenata (percipirane bihejvioralne kontrole i stava prema preduzetništvu), individualne preduzetničke orijentacije i percepcije uslova preduzetničkog ekosistema. Uzorak je činilo 217 studenata sa univerziteta na teritoriji Republike Srbije sa svih nivoa studija, većinom ženskog roda (73.3%). Nivoi preduzetničke namere i njeni motivacioni antecedenti procenjivani su na osnovu Upitnika preduzetničke namere. Za procenu indikatora individualne preduzetničke orijentacije korišćena je skala individualne preduzetničke orijentacije. Za procenu državne podrške preduzetništvu i podržavajuće kulture korišćena je skala razvijena u okviru GEM modela, dok je univerzitetska podrška preduzetništvu merena pomoću skale konstruisane za potrebe ovog istraživanja. Rezultati su pokazali da se preduzetnička namera studenata najpouzdanije može predvideti na osnovu pozitivnog stava o preduzetništvu, kao i percipirane bihejvioralne kontrole, dok se individualna preduzetnička orijentacija nije pokazala statistički značajnom. Subjektivne norme su takođe pokazale nisku, ali značajnu povezanost sa preduzetničkom namerom, ali sa negativnim predznakom. Uloga preduzetničkog ekosistema u predviđanju namere nije sasvim jasna i zahteva dalja proučavanja.
