We are pleased to present the twentieth edition of our journal, Journal Resuscitatio Balcanika. This publication continues to focus on advancing knowledge and research in the fields of resuscitation and emergency medicine, with particular emphasis on collaboration among researchers in the Balkans.

In this issue, our priority is the analysis of data and reports from researchers engaged in the EURECA program in Serbia. This program serves as a key platform for enhancing resuscitation practices and raising awareness of the importance of timely interventions. Researchers will share their insights, analyses, and results that will contribute to the development of more effective approaches in emergency medicine.
